STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE TONTO BASIN FIRE DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD WILL BE POSTED
TO: THE HONORABLE SECRETARY OF STATE and THE CITIZENS OF ARIZONA
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, the Tonto Basin Fire District Governing Board hereby states that all notices of the Tonto Basin Fire District Governing Board and any of its committees or subcommittees will be posted in the glass case which is located on the lobby wall of the Tonto Basin Post Office, 77 S. Old Highway 188, Tonto Basin, Arizona; the plate glass display case of the Tonto Basin Fire District Station Ninety-One, 46189 N AZ Highway 188, Tonto Basin, Arizona; and the lobby bulletin board of the Roosevelt Post Office, 18762 N. AZ Highway 188, Roosevelt, Arizona. These locations are accessible to the public Monday through Sunday, twenty-four (24) hours per day.
Such notices will indicate date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
